Return Policy
This policy sets out our standard return terms. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, additional statutory cancellation rights apply to you — please see our EU/EEA Return Policy, which takes precedence where it grants you greater rights.
You may return or exchange any eligible product you have ordered from Moutonière within 10 calendar days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.
1. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email
contact@moutoniere.com with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform Moutonière of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact
contact@moutoniere.com so that we can assist you. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
1. To be eligible for a return, all eligible items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged conditions, with all of the original accessories, documentation, and tags still attached.
2. We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
3. Not all products are eligible for returns. If an item is not eligible for returns, then its eligibility will be clearly marked on the item's product page, when you place the item in your checkout basket, and when you are asked to confirm your final order.
4. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
5. All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
These standard terms do not limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Returning Your Eligible Order
1. To start your return of an eligible item, please email contact@moutoniere.com
2. Moutonière must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
Note: We will provide special return instructions for any items shipped via a specialty delivery service.
7. Refunds, exchanges, or Moutonière credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
8. If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 10 calendar day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
